2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We process personal data only where necessary to operate our website, manage tennis lessons, respond to enquiries and fulfil applicable legal obligations.

Depending on how you use our services, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, booking details and information you voluntarily provide.

3. Website Hosting

Our website is hosted by Lovable. When you visit our website, technical information such as your IP address, browser type and access time may be processed to deliver the website and maintain its security.

The legal basis is generally Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website, subject to the actual hosting arrangement.

4. Online Bookings — Bookwhen

We use Bookwhen to manage tennis lesson bookings.

When you book a lesson, the personal information required to process your booking is collected and processed through Bookwhen. This may include your name, email address, telephone number and booking information.

The information is used to manage bookings, cancellations, waiting lists and relevant booking communications.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract.

Bookwhen processes customer booking data on our behalf under its applicable data-processing arrangements.

5. Contact and Enquiries

If you contact us by email, phone or through our website’s enquiry form, we process the information you provide to respond to your request.

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, playing level and enquiry.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns potential or existing lessons, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries where applicable.

The enquiry form on this website is operated by Web3Forms (Sanwebe Inc.). When you submit the form, your browser sends the details you entered to Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email. Web3Forms acts as a processor on our behalf. Its own privacy information is available at https://web3forms.com/privacy. The hosting location, any international transfers and retention periods applied by Web3Forms should be confirmed with the provider and reflected here before launch.

Enquiries are not used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

Booking information is retained for the period necessary to manage the lessons, deal with related enquiries and comply with applicable record-keeping obligations.

Enquiry information is deleted when it is no longer required, unless continued retention is necessary for contractual or legal reasons.

7. Cookies and Embedded Services

Our website includes an embedded Bookwhen booking system. The embedded calendar is loaded from Bookwhen and may set its own cookies or use similar technologies to provide the booking functionality, including technically necessary cookies for the booking process. Bookwhen’s services may also involve further cookies or similar technologies; the details are described in Bookwhen’s privacy policy (see section 4).

To display this website, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When a font is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Technically, this is necessary to display the website with its intended typography.

This website itself does not use analytics, marketing pixels or other tracking, and does not set advertising cookies.

Under the GDPR, you have the right, subject to applicable legal conditions, to request:

  • Access to your personal data.
  • Correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion of your personal data.
  • Restriction of processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
