Andrew Haw Tennis

These terms apply to tennis lessons provided by Andrew Haw, Luxemburger Str. 31, 13353 Berlin, Germany. Bookings are managed through Bookwhen.

Lessons can be booked online subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once the booking process is completed and confirmation is issued.

The price is €20 per person per lesson, subject to confirmation of the precise pricing unit.

Payment is made in cash directly to Andrew Haw after the lesson. No online payment is required.

The final payable price, including applicable taxes, is displayed before the booking is completed.

Customers may cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the lesson.

For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson or failure to attend, a charge equivalent to the €20 lesson price may apply, subject to applicable law. Customers are expressly entitled to demonstrate that no loss or a substantially lower loss was incurred. Replacement bookings and relevant savings are taken into account.

When a lesson is fully booked, customers may join the waiting list. Joining does not guarantee a place. If a place becomes available, Bookwhen sends notifications in accordance with its configured process. A booking is confirmed only after the booking process is completed.

If Andrew Haw cancels a lesson and no replacement lesson is agreed, no lesson fee will be charged. Payments already made for the cancelled lesson will be refunded.

Bookings are available to adults aged 18 or over. Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions and the venue’s applicable rules.

Statutory liability rules apply. Nothing excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law.
